Io provo a portarla anche nel piatto con il nuovo picoteo che mescola tantissimi sapori e consistenze, sempre curiosando fra gli eccellenti prodotti canari e sempre con un nostalgico tocco di italianità.
Churros di pecorino con salsa ai pomodori secchi, capperi, olive e limoni in salamoia
Scatoline di ceci e gofio con crema di carote, noci e miele di Tajinaste
Il pane ai fichi di Fasnia, datteri e cabrales
I ravioli di barbabietola cotta, papas azucena negras e noci
Le kefta arcobaleno impastate con le mandorle e la polvere d'arancia
I gusci di lenticchie con insalata al tartufo
....e sempre tanto, tantissimo blu!!
